Ms. Gruner is responsible for client reporting and administration, and marketing support. Ms. Gruner joined Disciplina in May of 2015 after working at ElderHouse, Inc., a non-profit adult daycare center. Ellen was the Finance Manager and was responsible for the preparation of all financial reports for the State of Connecticut, the Board of Trustees and other grantors. She was also responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivables. Ellen has over 10 years of financial and investment industry experience. Prior employers include Rogers, Casey & Associates, Merck & Co. Inc., and Convent of the Sacred Heart School. Ellen holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Villanova University and a master’s degree from New York University. She currently serves on the Parents Advisory Board for the St. John’s Youth Group, as a Library Volunteer at St. Catherine’s Academy, a special needs school, and is a founding member of the Rosemary Gruner Cancer Fund.
